Mediterranean 7-Layer Dip


8 oz. Sisters' Mezze hummus (any flavor)
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1 tomato, diced
1/2 cup seeded cucumber, diced
1/3 cup green onion/scallions, sliced
1/4 cup pitted kalamata olives, sliced
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted (optional)


1. Spread a layer of Sisters' Mezze hummus on the bottom of your serving dish.
2. Add greek yogurt layer over the hummus.
3. Sprinkle tomatoes, cucumbers, scallions, olives and feta cheese evenly on greek yogurt layer.
4. Finish with drizzling lemon juice over the top.
5. Garnish with toasted pine nuts (optional). Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Serve with our Sisters' Mezze Crisps or your choice of sliced vegetables, as desired.

Easy Scrambled Eggs with Jalapeño Cilantro Hummus 

Servings: 2


2 Tablespoons Sisters' Mezze Jalapeno Cilantro Hummus
4 large eggs
Salt and Pepper, to taste
1/4 cup milk
2 teaspoons butter
Feta Cheese Crumbles, to taste


1. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl until blended.
2. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Once its hot, add butter into skillet. Once butter starts to bubbled, slowly pour in egg mixture. Reduce heat eggs to medium-low when eggs begin to set (1 to 2 minutes) and gently stir with rubber spatula until thickened.
3. When there is no visible liquid egg remaining, remove scrambled eggs onto plate.
4. Gently fold Sisters Mezze Jalapeno Cilantro Hummus into scrambled eggs.
5. Sprinkle with feta cheese and any other desired toppings (diced tomatoes, onions, peppers, etc). Serve onto plate, or on toast or English muffin.

Garlic Hummus Vegetable Pizza

Servings: 4-6


1 container (8 ounce) Sisters Mezze Garlic Hummus
1 store bought (or homemade) pizza or flatbread crust
1 zucchini
1 yellow squash
2 roma tomatoes
4 mushrooms
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
3 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon coriander
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Red chili pepper flakes, to taste


1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Slice zucchini, squash, tomatoes, mushrooms and bell peppers into ¼” slices.
3. Place in a large mixing bowl. Add olive oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper, oregano, coriander, cumin and red chili pepper flakes (to taste, optional) to bowl and mix with vegetables.
4. Place seasoned vegetables on non-stick baking tray and bake at 400F for 15-20 minutes.
5. Spread Sisters Mezze Garlic Hummus evenly over entire pizza crust.
6. Arrange roasted vegetables over hummus layer.
7. Bake pizza at 400F for 10-12 minutes (or as instructed on pizza crust instructions).

Remove pizza and enjoy!
